Job Description

  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for Sales Promotional Campaign, Creative Marketing Campaigns and overall marketing efforts
  • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, events planning n etc.)
  • Liase with external vendors to execute promotional events, and campaigns, including corporate gifts design and selection
  • Collaborate with various functions to coordinate brand awareness, Sales promotional campaign and marketing efforts & projects
  • Plan and execute BAP/BU Marketing initiatives to reach the target customers through appropriate channels (Social Media, EDMs, Inbound, Magazines, Exhibitions n etc.)
  • Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic n etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Create and execute Lead Generation Programs
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars
  • Research, collect and analyse all kinds of main search engine (Google, Baidu, n etc.) ranking system and optimization rules, perform ongoing keyword discover, feedback to expand landing pages content needed for responsible markets, make suggestion for continuous improvement
  • Responsible for Website update, site-core newsletters, online marketing, inbound marketing, corporate alignment, brochures & images, marketing planning, communication with external agencies (if needed) and provide full marketing support to the team
  • Work closely with BAP MARCOM Team and Group for any Online marketing and communication initiatives



Requirements

  • BSc / BA in marketing, Commercial marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar one or more at least 3~5 years experience and trained in the 4 Ps Marketing with good experience in plan and implement sales promotional campaign.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, Social Media n etc.). Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind, familiar with SEO ranking system n technology
  • Good knowledge and experience in digital marketing is an added advantage
  • Engineering product experience
  • Demonstrate experience in marketing data analytics, tools and sensitive to Big Data environment, and various market research methods
  • Solid computer skills, including MS office, marketing software (Adobe illustrator, Adobe creative suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paces, collaborative environment
  • Good implementation skills and enthusiastic in Social Media, online marketing exposure and internet industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English
