Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating growth in assigned segments, with the primary task of developing and executing a marketing plan aligned with the account goal.
  • Translate insights and provide in-depth research on market segments/competitors/trends in order to find business opportunities/white space for the organization and the client.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer NPDs and presentations by offering market insights and conducting ideation sessions in collaboration with R&D, Sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead market research on assigned projects
  • Through market insights/analysis, provide direction/recommendation for Innovation/Product Development.
  • Assist the Hiring Manager with allocated projects.


  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in marketing in a B2B setting, preferably in the food ingredient business
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform findings into commercial prospects are required.
  • Excellent corporate communication and presentation skills in English; capable of leading several projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Able to lead multiple projects and collaborate between cross-functions
  • Knowledge of marketing database tools such as Mintel, Globaldata, Euromonitor, and others is advantageous.
  • Understand the fundamentals of market research
