Job Description
1. Research and analyze brand positioning, customer insights, market trends, competitors to generate more customers
2. Develop marketing strategies, implement marketing plan and activities to promote brand growth and business growth
3. Manage budget bases on marketing activities and monitor to ensure all plans keep schedule and effective
4. Responsible for ROI & Customer Acquisition of offline and online channels
5. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities for all channels across various platforms: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Line and offline such as store promotion and event
6. Communicate and coordinate with the team and related parties
7. Review all campaign-relate artwork to ensure the communication are in line with brand and marketing strategies with team
8. Develop a comprehensive multi Chanel customer communication program to have an effective customer engagement, retention and advocacy
9. Support for other special project as requested
Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Marketing, Statistic, Information Technology, business communication or related field
2. Previous work experience as a Customer Insight/ Customer Experience Specialist, Marketing Research, Marketing Executive, etc.
3. Minimum 2 years of work experience in Marketing Operations or Digital Advertising, B2B business
4. Being a luxury industry-savvy professional with hands-on experience
5. Strong presentation skills
6. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
7. Good Command and Exceptional Style of Written Both Thai & English.
8. Clear communication skills and ability to create and manage creative communication campaigns
9. Ability to meet deadline, self-management skills, and the ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy
10. Analytical mind, result-oriented and well adapted to change
