Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales and marketing activities for new business unit.
· Commit to sales target success.
· Promising and leading the delivery of services to meet and exceed client expectations through a client centric approach and relationship management.
· Identify the business deal and formulate structure for win-win situation with customers.
· Identify new businesses, assess marketing opportunities and target market and gathers intelligence on customers and competitors.
· Lead and drive gross revenue and net revenue growth in achieving or exceeding prescribed budgets.
· Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
· Research and build relationships with new clients.
· Participate in pricing the solution/service.
· Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor / Master Degree in Administrative or relate fields
· At last more than 5 years experience in Community Relation, Government Affairs, or Social Programs.
· Good computer literacy including MS-Office.
· Good command of English.
· Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
· Self – motivation, Team spirit and strong leadership.
· Good Communication & Negotiation skill and service minded.
