- Plan and implement marketing strategies and campaignes to incease in sales and profits of organization.
- Responsible for marketing activities and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) including CRM/Branding/Digital Marketing.
- Develop execution plans for Digital Marketing Communication and KPI.
- Analyse marketing data and customer's behaviour.
- Set goals and control budger for marketing activities.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly activity performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in online and offline marketing field and in manging team.
- Preferable in beauty&wellness, hotel and medial aestrtic industry.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in online marketing in any channels such as social media.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-sloving skills. Creative and having ability to think outside the box.
- Good command in English.
