Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and piping systems.
- Support mechanical installation, commissioning, and punch-list closure during the project phase, collaborating closely with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Implement reliability engineering practices and condition monitoring techniques to optimize asset integrity and reduce downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure uninterrupted plant operation.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations and local statutory requirements.
- Prepare and control maintenance budgets and execute CAPEX improvement projects related to plant modifications and expansions.
- Develop and lead a skilled team and foster local vendor development to enhance service quality and delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Thai Council of Engineers license preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and project execution within continuous process industries such as Petrochemicals, or Chemicals.
- Proficient in CMMS systems like SAP PM or Maximo.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO 45001, ISO 55000) and Thai regulations (DIW, TIS, Labor Laws).
- Familiarity with Lean Maintenance, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite during project phases.
- Ability to work 6 days per week as required by project schedules.
