Job Description

Oversee MEP system planning and execution to meet project scope, budget, and timeline.
Track on-site MEP activities and resolve technical or operational challenges promptly.
Coordinate with engineers, technical teams, suppliers, and procurement for project alignment.
Ensure MEP works comply with safety regulations, construction codes, and internal quality standards.
Review and contribute to MEP layout and fit-out designs.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and suggest value engineering alternatives.
Promote sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in line with LEED, WELL, or other green building certifications.
Identify project risks early and implement preventative measures to ensure smooth execution.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design and construction for commercial and residential projects.
Proven ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive project milestones.
Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, and Civil 3D.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of sustainable building systems and MEP best practices aligned with international green standards.
