Responsibilities
Managing the merchandising functions to meet concepts and outlet unit goals for sales and profits and through the effective planning of the activities of the Merchandising department.
Reviewing, planning, and managing product market analysis, trends, assortment styles (selection and buying) for all seasons to maximize sales.
Identifying and maximizing fast-selling items, slow-selling merchandise and related action plans, i.e. timely markdown according to product life cycle and aged stock.
Analyzing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance and the implementation of merchandising action plans.
Reviewing, improving and implementing effective merchandising related with SOPs.
Analyzing reports associated with both concepts and retail.
Developing VM reports for concepts and outlets.
Overseeing the Merchandising department (Buyers/Merchandisers/Admin staff).
Performing various other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
Skills & Experience
Experience possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Retail/Fashion/Business or the equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity and managerial position, preferably in a retail setting.
A team player with good interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.
Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of retail math's.
Able to work in a fast pace and multi-tasking environment.
Good English - writing and speaking.
Knowledge of shipping and E-Commerce.
Has experience with importing products and dealing with principle.

Working Time: 09:00 - 18:00
