Looking for Mergers and Acquisitions Manager
Direct report: CEO / Management and take ownership on strategic M&A planning, execution, and post-M&A management
Salary package: 120K - 150K (Negotiable depend on experience)
Location: MRT Rama9
Key Responsibilities:
Full investment cycle and/or operational finance experience.
M&A deal / Experience in SEA merger acquisition will be advantage
Abel to travel in South East Asia countries
Management Responsibilities
You will be the key person to evaluate external growth opportunities and potential targets for the Group with an in-depth understanding of the industry and country markets in the region
Conduct out project analysis and propose transaction structure
Support the M&A transactions from the initial phase to field visit and to the closing of the transaction
Lead/participant in the negotiations with the targets and partners and closely coordinate for the post transaction integration
Coordinating with technical experts both internally and externally (bankers, audit firms, legal departments, HR and others)
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or management from top tier schools
4-7 years of solid M&A deal working experiences in SEA with proven track record
Full investment cycle and/or operational finance experience preferred
Fluency in English is required and fluency in an Asian language will be a plus
Willing to travel cross South East Asia countries
