Responsibilties

• Collaborate with our team to shape the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing Oversee, expand, and contribute to our global knowledge network
• Develop expertise in a specific domain, using previous experience to enhance related services and products Provide on-site support to ensure successful implementation of PAS-X
• Create, document, and update processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing Transform customer needs into software applications
• Contribute to the design of customer information systems Lead instructional workshops on product best practices at customer locations
• Continuously improve the design, documentation, and upkeep of manufacturing processes
• Investigate client concerns and relay significant insights to the product team
