Responsibilities
- Creating effective sales strategies and plans to promote products or services in the modern trade sector.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Setting and meeting sales targets, monitoring progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure targets are achieved.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and consumer behavior in the modern trade sector.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable business deals.
- Leading and managing a sales team responsible for the modern trade sector, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Generating regular sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to management for decision-making.
- Identifying and capitalizing on potential growth opportunities within the modern trade sector, such as new product launches or market expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing or relate field.
- 5 years' experience of Key Account, Modern Trade Sales Manager in home services is plus and relate industrial.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team.
