Responsibilities
- Establish work goals and oversee the processes for both new mold creation and mold repair, ensuring compliance with planned procedures.
- Analyze and address mold issues while leading improvement initiatives to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with various departments to minimize machine downtime caused by mold-related problems.
- Manage the mold department to achieve optimal efficiency, including cost control and savings.
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce mold issues.
- Allocate manpower efficiently and plan for employee training and skill development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Die Casting and Injection Molding.
- Strong knowledge of Machining processes and proficiency in Molding techniques.
- Expertise in Mold Maintenance and Repair Systems.
- Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and RBA standards.
- Experience with Unigraphics NX and AUTO CAD.
