Production Leader - Chinese Speaking
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely product delivery and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Organize and lead improvement meetings (Kaizen events) to encourage ongoing progress.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal department managers to develop long-term production improvements.
- Plan and optimize department operations for efficiency, ensuring employees meet performance requirements.
- Prepare and report work summary data, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Over 2 years in the production field.
- Proficient in operating production equipment.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese.
Accounting - Chinese Speaking
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger (GL).
- Complete the account closing process in a timely manner.
- Manage budgeting tasks and financial planning.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the General Manager (GM).
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience with SAP systems and MRP tools.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Access).
- CPD license (Preferred)
- Can communication skills in Chinese
