Job Title: Operation Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Key Responsibilities:
1. Store and Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure product and service quality across all store branches.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational plans to optimize store performance.
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards in every aspect of store operations

2. Coordination with Franchise Headquarters

  • Act as the main liaison between local operations and the franchise origin for SOPs, beverage recipes, raw material specifications, promotional strategies, and operational plans.
  • Interpret and localize operational procedures and brand guidelines for effective implementation by the local team.
  • Coordinate rollouts of new menu items or campaigns as assigned by the brand origin.
  • Monitor and report on performance indicators as requested by the head office.


3. Team Leadership and Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor store and operations staff to ensure they represent the brand effectively.
  • Manage employee work schedules, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Facilitate training sessions, including those based on materials or sessions provided by the franchise owner.


4. Cost Control and Sales Strategy

  • Analyze sales and cost performance to optimize profitability and support financial planning.
  • Prepare operational reports and recommend action plans to management.
  • Oversee raw material procurement, including imported key ingredients and locally sourced items.
  • Monitor usage and reduce waste to maintain cost efficiency.


5. Quality Assurance and Hygiene Control

  • Ensure product taste, hygiene, ingredient storage, and service processes meet brand standards.
  • Regularly audit store environments and ensure adherence to operational and hygiene SOPs.
  • Maintain consistency in store presentation, customer interaction, and product delivery.


6. Brand Image and Marketing Support

  • Collaborate on local marketing activities and support promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all visual elements, including signage, menus, and digital content, reflect the brand's identity.
  • Align local marketing execution with overall brand guidelines and contribute to long-term branding strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchise operations within the food & beverage industry.
  • Prior experience working with international brands or beverage chains is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English or another second language to support inter-regional communication.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations as required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and drive business improvements.
