Operations Manager - Up to VP (Financial Services)
Job Description
* Establish and oversee processes within the Operations department to ensure timely and accurate processing according to SLAs, while adhering to control guidelines and regulations.
* Continuously improve the efficiency and integrity of operational procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and enhance process flows and tools.
* Lead projects aimed at improving operational processes, identifying and addressing inefficiencies, and managing risks.
* Transition manual processes to automated solutions comprehensively.
* Implement quality assurance measures to enhance business monitoring.
* Collaborate on the design, testing, and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with company values.
* Manage end-to-end loan transactions, including disbursement, documentation, data updates, repayment, refunds, and stakeholder follow-ups.
* Engage in general operations tasks and ad hoc duties as needed.
* Ensure processing aligns with SLAs and complies with internal and regulatory guidelines.
* Promptly address and escalate potential issues as necessary.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Front Office, Compliance, Credit, etc.) to complete processing and resolve issues.
* Respond to queries regarding operational processes.
* Participate in process reviews, system enhancements, and the creation of operational procedures and SOPs.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
