Qualifications:
Minimum Degree in Human Resources,Administration, Business or related studies, post graduate management in HR will be an added advantage.
3-5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service delivery in the area of Payroll and HR Shared Services in a diverse and complex organization.
Responsibilities:
Assume accountability for the consolidation, validation and execution of payroll input and output including leave, attendance management and related statutory reports.
In charge of the HRIS system and payroll system and to ensure all records and data are updated accordingly and system enhancement.
Responsible for daily benefit operational functions for plant and DC wide employees.
Ensure overall compliance to applicable standards e.g. SOX.
End to end processing of local Statutory HR Compliance (e.g. NPF etc.).
Attend and participate in audit assessment with external auditors or government bodies to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in relation to HR functions.
Managing and resolving employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, attendance and leave system.
Assist to implement HR policies, procedures, processes and communication to plant and DC wide employees.
Ensure reports submitted to Management and statutory bodies are accurate and timely.
To be responsible, participate or support ad hoc HR tasks and projects when assigned from time to time.
Support payroll consolidation efforts in the country.
Customer focused mindset coupled with the ability to manage customers in an understanding and professional manner.
Ability to build strong and effective relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Strong drive for results, responsiveness, speed and ability to navigate a matrix organization.
Ability to interpret data to understand workload capacity and trends in service.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a great sense of urgency.
Sound knowledge and understanding of various Labor laws with focus on Malaysia.
Exposure to PeopleSoft, Service Now and Mywave HRIS will be an added advantage.
Enthusiastic, self- driven individual with a positive mindset who is capable of working with individuals at all levels and with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
Tech savvy, ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and high proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft is a must.
