Job Description
- Oversee Take primary ownership for day-to-day scheduling of customer orders to meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with the Order Management, Sales, and Sales Operations teams to fully understand customer requirements for booked sales orders and manage multiple priorities to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Collaborate with Contract Manufacturing partners to ensure that shipments align with scheduled commit dates and customer request dates.
- Work daily with Contract Manufacturing partners to expedite the delivery of any materials required to meet customer order expectations.
- Coordinate material and labour expedite activities with the Contract Manufacturer and manage material escalations through Commodity Managers as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and review on-time delivery reports for CM partners, driving continuous improvement activities to ensure 100% on-time delivery performance.
- Manage customer escalation requests regarding order delivery schedules.
- Coordinate on-time delivery for New Product Introduction (NPI) with the CM, including the delivery of prototypes and adherence to volume production ramp schedules.
- Work with the Planning team to develop and implement forecasts with the CM.
- Manage Contract Manufacturer partners to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide data to support Quarterly Business Reviews with Contract Manufacturers to assess overall performance against established goals and objectives.
- Conduct weekly reviews with Contract Manufacturers to measure performance against goals and objectives and drive continuous improvement in areas not meeting required performance levels.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an industry-leading communication company.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, formal presentations, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English and Thai; Mandarin skills would be a bonus.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Proficient in using desktop applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project for schedule planning.
- Comfortable working in a global organization and with remote teams across different time zones.
