Job Description:
- Plan and develop the master plan for construction projects, both in pre-construction and during construction phases.
- Plan and monitor the work of construction units to ensure compliance with the project plan.
- Analyze and develop construction plans for each unit to ensure alignment with the construction project schedule.
- Plan and monitor the implementation of work adjustments for all units.
- Drive construction units to work according to the plan.
- Manage and allocate personnel within the construction units appropriately and sufficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, honesty, resilience, and good interpersonal skills.
- Holds a professional engineer license (PE).
- Has at least 10 years of experience in managing construction projects of medium to large scale, vertically and horizontally.
- Possesses good knowledge of construction planning.
- Experience in managing construction unit operations will be considered an advantage.
