Responsibilities
According to product research and development plan, instruct the experimenters to carry out scheme design and small-scale process development, make specific progress plans and be responsible for implementation; submit a complete experimental report and cost accounting after the experiment is completed for the company's decision-making.
Provide technical guidance for the pilot and large-scale production implementation stages of existing mature small-scale projects.
Carry out quality improvement and process optimization of existing products to fully meet customer needs and improve product competitiveness.
Arrange and guide the work of the members of the research group and conduct professional knowledge training for employees.
Participate in product market and technical communications, and make reasonable suggestions for company's production and operation, industrial planning, etc.,
Do a good job in the declaration of the company's technology, talent and other projects, expand the influence at home and abroad, and provide various materials/files needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in organic chemistry, fine chemical industry, food science and engineering, etc.
Rich experience in the research and development of pigments, flavors and fragrances, and natural extracts (more than 5 years); familiar with industry rules and market directions, and able to provide guidance and suggestions for the company.
Have team management experience, be able to lead the business team to complete tasks and improve the team's business level through their own technical literacy.
