Plastic Injection Manager / New set up (JS307)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a monthly production schedule aligned with the company's strategy and client requests.
• Oversee all production processes related to plastic injection molding, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Prepare and monitor the production control plan to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Regularly assess machine conditions and manage production power usage.
• TAnalyze production issues and implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies to prevent future problems.
• Manage and train subordinates within the production team to enhance performance and skill sets.
• Lead and promote 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) activities to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in Injection Engineering within the automotive industry or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.
• Good English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
