Section: Plastic Injection Mold - NPI & Tooling
Workday: Monday - Friday (Flexible hours)
Job Description
• Mold flow analysis
• Mold design concept/develop new model
• Mold trail, debugging and validation new mold with completed mold functional
• Design of experiment molding parameter
• Protocol document for molding process
• Provide counseling and guidance to internal & external when any occurred
• Monitor and analyze the mold performance and perform trail run and validate upon functionally
• Maintain the mold tooling, define PM schedule and procedure, coordinate for mold tooling repair and scrap deposition
• Define problem description ,root-cause analysis, corrective action and preventive actions
• Create continuous improvement proposal to increase productivity, quality and availability
• To initiate cost reduction and productivity improvement project
Qualification:
• BE in Plastic, tool& die, mechanical engineer or related field
• 5-7 years' experience in plastic injection mold design & develop new mold (NPI) & tooling environment.
• Knows quality management system such as ISO 9001
• Understanding in plastic injection molding is preferred
• Good command in English communication (mandatory)
