Responsibilities:
Well understand current business process, analyze business data to propose insight for new innovations, business process development & improvement.
Set up project plan, manage resources and budget, coordinate, control, communicate to stakeholders and implement the assigned projects to ensure the objectives are met successfully in a timely manner.
Identifying and prioritize enhancements to existing process, systems, tools, and analyze & Mapping Business Process.
Act as a change agent to instill lean and digital culture throughout the organization.
Synthesize complex processes to communicate with decision makers.
Translate business requirements into system and process improvement solutions to optimize and enhance operation efficiency.
Approach work with a solution driven, user-driven, and analytical mindset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience in related business of Transport, Logistics, oil & gas, construction or terminal firm is preferred, experience in Lean and Six sigma (Must have Black belt certificate) and TQM.
Good command both in English and Thai.
Good presentation skill and strong leadership skill.
Good problem-solving skills and conceptual thinking.
Be able to work under pressure and completed job under deadlines schedule.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
