Product & Technical Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineer/ Business Administration / Sales or related field
• Minimum 5 years' proven product management experience preferred with auto part background
• Ability to sell concepts and solutions, ability to develop the customers, ability to communicate on different levels in the customers organization
• Be able to travel overseas as well as domestically in short notice.
• Good interpersonal skill, human relation, communication and training skill
• Negotiation skill and service-oriented mind.
• Hard working, self-running and able to work under pressure
• Able to effectively communicate objectives and outcomes (verbal & written) in English and Thai.
• Computer literate with English presentation skills

Responsible:

• Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing product strategies and distribution channels to increase profitability of company. Manage product range to gain advantage in term of competitive capability and program cost.
• Responsible for technical support for all level of customer, develop and implement training programs, be a trainer, supporting technical requirement for customers including claim and product improvement.
• Product Management - Initiate and manage product, range and reference review on regular basis and action outcomes. This applies internally and for our customers
• Sourcing - Coordinate with Group companies to establish priorities for internal and external sourcing and communicate to Manufacturing, Supply Base and Supply Chain. Follow up actions to ensure new parts are made available for sale and on time delivery of agreed plans for new references.
• Applications Engineering - establish Customer requirements, evaluate product options, and make product recommendations to organization and customers. Establish, monitor and update product specs (in conjunction with Product Engineering) in line with brand product and customer strategies
• Technical and training support - Develop training program, provide technical and training support for both current and new products, and be a trainer.
• Co-ordinate with technical consultant to develop and implement training programs, supporting technical requirement including claim and product improvement for customers
