- Implement and ensure the achievement of marketing campaign goals.

- Generate innovative campaign and product ideas, cost them, and initiate plans.
- Stay updated on market trends, conduct marketing research, and analyze competition in key channels.
- Develop POSM/banners for offline and online platforms.
- Collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager to attain brand objectives in export markets.
- Provide product training.
- Forecast accurately and plan orders for designated categories.
- Coordinate regulatory compliance for both export and domestic markets.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector.
- Babycare industry experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English.
