Job Description
Marketing:
- Thoroughly study the contracts received from brand owners to summarize the advantages/disadvantages for management before signing agreements.
- Analyze the strengths/weaknesses of products, product advantages, brand positioning, and in-depth consumer information.
- Define the brand's growth direction and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to make the brand highly popular in the market.
- Establish product pricing structures by analyzing cost variables for efficient cost management.
- Specify presentation formats, transform brand components into plans and strategies for market deployment.
- Develop strategies in collaboration with the marketing department, promote creative thinking, initiate brand recognition, and stimulate decision-making among the target audience.
- Establish performance indicators for efficiency, cost and pricing information, market application, and evaluate sales results against set targets.
- Measure and compile performance reports for marketing campaigns, profit and loss, and assess returns on investment and performance indicators.
- Research consumer needs, propose products aligned with consumer requirements, and control and oversee new marketing and advertising activities in progress.
- Monitor and control the brand's image communication through all distribution channels in line with the defined direction.
- Track public relations, check product distribution, and consumer reactions.
- Examine and monitor market trends, collect product information, and competitor activities to create competition strategies in the market twice a month.
Sales:
- Identify consumer groups, partners, distributors, and distribution channels in collaboration with the sales department.
- Manage and oversee distribution channel management, public relations, organize activities, and create an image at sales points to boost sales.
- Conduct and attend PSI meetings weekly to control inventory levels, accurately schedule product orders, and analyze market trends in collaboration with the sales department.
- Develop strategies in collaboration with the sales department, create campaigns that meet consumer needs, and conduct training on product usage for the sales and technical departments before market launch.
- International Business:
- Coordinate policies to enhance the product image with brand owners.
- Coordinate various plans with brand owners in meetings.
- Plan product orders, service-related spare parts, and other tasks related to brand owners.
- Verify import product costs to ensure the organization receives maximum benefits.
- Coordinate with international departments such as issuing purchase orders, tracking, problem-solving during the import process to ensure products arrive at the warehouse on time.
- Coordinate document work such as invoices, certificates, and other necessary documents for importing goods in collaboration with international departments.
- Coordinate with the returns department for defective products and reconcile claims with brand owners and international departments for payment.
General Tasks:
- Coordinate with the finance department to verify the accuracy of amounts payable to brand owners.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to access cost comparison information for marketing.
- Coordinate with the administrative department to access sales and inventory comparison information.
- Verify the accuracy of service department processes and timelines in providing services to consumers.
- Coordinate with other relevant departments to lead the organization in line with the direction and strategy of the brand.
Qualification Requirements
- Sales and marketing experience (both offline and online) and brand image creation for a minimum of 3 years. (Special consideration given if there is experience in a business related to the position.)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
