Location: Prawet, Bangkok
Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategy, prepare timely planning, and successful execution
Implement and ensure delivery of planned marketing campaign(s) outcomes
Analyze marketing activity outcomes and recommend action plan to improve brand growth
Define and recommend to the company new items to sustain business growth
Propose ideas for new campaigns/products, cost the campaign, and initiate the plan
Ensure have current market intelligence
Conduct marketing research, understand the business trends and competition, e.g. competitor's activities, pricing, in defined key channels
Develop POSM/banners for both offline and online platforms
Supports Senior Marketing Manager to ensure the brand objectives are achieved in export markets
Provide product training
Responsible to provide accurate forecasts and order plans for responsible categories
Coordinate regulatory requirements for export and domestic markets
Requirements:
1) Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing
2) 3-5 years marketing experience in FMCG sector
3) Babycare experience will be an advantage
4) English competency is a must
