- Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation.
- Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities.
- Manage the delivery of implementation and software development projects according to the plan.
- Track projects and provide regular reports to the project team and key stakeholders.
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop processes for implementation lifecycle and quality assurance.
- Manage the relationship and communication with the client to ensure the project is delivered to the client's satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the project team to resolve issues and provide technical advice within the required timeframe.
- Establish client requirements.
- Collaborate with the system integration team and ensure compliance with all client requirements.
- Provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation.
- Traveling in Thailand and Up-country is required.
Qualification
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development & implementation.
- Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.
- Analytical skills to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
- Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

- A good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.
