Responsivities;
Formulate strategies and development plans, including incorporating modern technology and production innovations into to support the production process
Analyze production information and Machine Condition Assessment to develop the production process to be more efficient
Overall production management, consulting and recommending solutions or requirements for production and maintenance processes, machinery, including creating standards and inspection methods, as well as pushing and following up to be consistent with production process development plan
Qualifications;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in Management Level in Food Industry.
Excellent ISO9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP, OEE, Kaizen, BRC, IFS system.
Excellent project management skills
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills as well as strong knowledge and experience utilizing planning systems, Production Management and Cost Management.
Good Command in English
