- Manage production to achieve plan, quality, and delivery target.
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure problem corrective and preventive by logical method.
- Go and see working concept.
- Strong leadership and good in people management.
- Knowledge in vehicle engineering technical is must.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in ME, IE or related field.
- Good command of the English communication skill.
- A minimum of 5 years production management experience.
- Experience from vehicle assembly will plus.
