Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective operation management to achieve production volume and quality standard.
- Ensure the safety and operating regulation are met.
- Develop and maintain quality control standards.
- Create targets and action plans of manufacturing related to company policy
- Follow the plan to get the good result
- Manage and improve team member to support the high quality and according to ISO and MMS (Management System)
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering major in Industrial, Mechanical or related field.
- at least 8 years working experience in Production and at least 5 years of experience in manager level.
- Familiar and well-understanding in Japanese working style and culture so must have background from Japanese company is preferred.
- Strong leadership, management operational experience with the ability to establish and measure KPI's.
- Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in managing continuous improvement projects.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Good command of English, if can communicate in Japanese will be advantage.
- Able to work on Saturday follow company calendar.
