Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and customer demand.
- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing priorities.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on production performance, trends, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science food engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related.
- Proven experience in production management, preferably in Modified Starch or Food manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with production planning and scheduling software.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Can work on Saturday (Food Manufacturing)
- Able to relocate to Mukdahan province.
