RESPONSIBILITIES:
To handle and fulfill regular and specific assignment from Production Manager or upper level.
To coordinate and co-operate with other departments with smooth contact and good work.
To be responsible for necessary documents concerning to operation technical skill.
Provide training as required to manufacturing personnel in relevant manufacturing processes, quality and safety.
Assist in Customer Complaint investigation process and make recommendation for corrective and preventive actions.
To be person in charge in part of operation duty when Production Manager is absent in any case.
To be part in responsibility for Safety, environment and housekeeping.
Participate efficiently to additional company programs e.g. Lean, ISO9001, GHP&HACCP and 5S etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or any other related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in supervisor level for production in plastic industry is preferabl.
Working in international environment will be an advantage.
Good command in English.
