MFG KPI
Production, Planning, Control and Quality to archive the target. and delivery on time
WIP clean up
Production efficiency, Assembly line production
Supervise subordinates to a good performance and comply with company policy and rule
Develop and maintain an effective production team
Process analysis and improvement.
Defect analysis and improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Industrial Engineer or relate fields
Good at read, speak and write in English
More than 5 years experiences in assembly from electronics factory.
