Production Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

Job Purpose:

Ensure smooth and systematic operations within the production line according to departmental KPIs and production management standards. Oversee cleanliness, organization, equipment functionality, and in-process quality control to achieve production targets in both quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote standard work processes based on production design principles. Deeply analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and reduce defect rates in assembly processes.

• Analyze quality issues returned from the market and implement corrective measures through on-site investigation, using appropriate tools to improve product quality.

• Strictly control incoming materials, shipments, and storage according to departmental documentation standards to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Manage sample forms and documentation signing in compliance with internal procedures.

• Develop operational plans using ECRS tools to eliminate inefficiencies at workstations, improve workflows, and reduce waste to enhance ongoing production efficiency.

• Analyze and resolve daily production anomalies based on departmental goals. Ensure timely delivery by monitoring remaining repair tasks and incoming goods, improving processes, and optimizing workforce efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and Thai languages (Chinese-Thai bilingual)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or operations management.

• Chinese: Good level (HSK Certificate is a plus, not mandatory)
