Production Supervisor (Foods Industrial, Rayong)

Responsivities:

• Ensuring a safe work environment is maintained at all times and all staff comply with Company policies and procedures (OHSW, EEO, etc)
• Display accountability and responsibility for all aspects of output and product quality within the scope of the position.
• Start up and supervision of production line & Safety of work, Cleaning and pest control.
• Liaising with the warehouse to ensure raw materials are available as per schedule and finished goods are controlled.
• Identify and promote productivity improvements.
• Plan, oversee and approve employees work schedules, leave, overtime requests and performance evaluations.
• Regularly report on operational performance and concerns to the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, logistics, Food Science or related field.
• Preferred 3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience (Food industries or process).
• Machine operation and mechanical fault rectification skills
• "Hands on" leadership experience with small to medium size teams
• Have good knowledge of English skills (Writing, Listening and Conversation)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of distribution methods, ERP systems, Planning and costings.
