RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work directly with R&D, Project Management, Operation, Manufacturing and other internal function teams in the development and release of new products for aggressively scheduled programs in accordance with the NPI procedures.
Collaborate and communicate with management, internal teams and global manufacturing sites regarding new projects progress and issue resolution.
Participate in internal design reviews for new products and act as the primary owner for DFM (Design for Manufacturability, Test, etc.) feedbacks.
Support internal engineering BOMs reviews and Agile BOMs implementation activities.
Coordinate engineering changes activities (ECRs, ECNs, VECNs, etc.).
Assist in the definition, development and implementation of manufacturing test plans for newly released products.
Validate first article production units (e.g. golden samples) and factory build process.
Provide direction to global manufacturing sites on new products specific requirement.
Manage the planning, creation and distribution of new assembly and test instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering required. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering degrees preferred .
3-5+ years of relevant work experience in automotive industries.
Experience on developing NPI build plan and drive build schedule.
Proven record in project management among multi-function environment.
Presentation skill and strong convincing power with manners and positive approach.
Good spoken and written English.
Can work on Mon-Sat (08:00-05:00)
