Responsibilities:
Support Program Manager for reach P&L Targets for assigned program.
Support Program manager to coordinate on projects running tasks to achieve projects on-time & budget.
Achieve high customer satisfaction by coordinating internal activities and providing timely updates
Suggest and / or manage implementation of cost reduction initiatives.
Receive and Manage Customer POs from receiving till shipment to achieve OTD.
Maintain accurate costing files for each program.
Manage changes in scope of program that will affect cost and scheduling of orders.
Coordinate with Finance Department on Payment issues.
Other tasks assigned by superior
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
At least 3 years of experience as Program Specialist / Customer Service Specialist in Medical Device / Electronic Industry.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of FDA regulations preferred
Must be results-oriented
Demonstrated ability to successfully support multiple programs and meet targets for P&L and Customer Satisfaction.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools is required.
Good command of English.
