Driving company vision to meet sustainable growth
Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions
Meeting with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress
Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Monitors and analyses project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost saving for future projects
Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams
Managing, mentoring, motivating and leading team member. Ensuring team members take action and accountability for their assigned projects and workload
Aware on HSE policy and project quality as well as system assurance
Working in an office and on a construction site.
Qualifications
Engineering in any fields and/or MBA or higher
10 years or above of solid experience in railway / Solar Energy / IoT solutions , mega project management is a MUST
Entrepreneurship
Managerial skills in Top management team
International communication full skills in speaking, writing, speaking and listening
