Responsibilities:
Project Management

Review contract technically & commercially.
Provide Bidding & Proposal.
Responsible for managing, planning and organizing project. Typically, it includes overall engineering, materials, construction, manpower and schedule planning. Provides logistic direction to ensure effective procurement and schedule compliance. Responsible for testing and commissioning have completed projects for handing over to clients. Second level management responsibilities for assigned projects.
Establish schedule for tender purposes.
Establish detailed project schedule activity, including methods and work procedures.
Establish project budgets.
Kick off meeting & task briefing.
Organizes proper units for operation of the project.
Review and monitor construction activity schedule including the analysis of costs, progress and other productivity data.
Monitor procurement planning and delivery.
Approve progress reports for purposes of making claims for payment for jobs completed.
Certify sub-contractors progress reports for payments.
Attend meeting with customer & problem solving.
Co-ordinate all functions within project Team.
Monitor variation orders initiated by Construction Manager or other appropriate personnel.
Maintain close contact and relationship with clients on clients changes and suggestions.
Maintain close contact and relationship with venders and consultants.
Review payment to supplier & customer.

Human Resource Management

Give proper instruction & clear assignment to subordinate.
Involve on the resources planning both company level and individual project level.
Assign the suitable person to the task and monitor closely.
Appraisal the subordinate's performance.
Recheck the document control system to ensure that it is complied with ISO 9001 and TIS/OHSAS18001.
Responsible and Act according to the requirements under TIS/OHSAS 18001.
Responsible and Act according to the requirements under ISO 14001.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or higher in Engineering fields.
Experienced in site construction and/or project management in related field at least 7 Years.
Minimum 10 years' experience for Senior Project Manager.
Having Basic Engineering Knowledge at least understand the Process flow and Process Instrument Diagram.
Safety Knowledge at least understand the company OHSAS manual / procedure.
Understand Document controlling system according to Company ISO 9001 / TIS18001 manual.
Understand Quality control system according to Company ISO9001 manual.
Resource management skill.
Able to operate MS Office (Excel, word, Project).
Good of English.
