Project Manager 2 (Korat)
Responsibilities
Realize master project plan, forecast, solutions
Continuous communication with customer and subcontractors
Project progress controlling and reporting (Daily / Weekly based)
Resources and tools management, team performance, control and personnel evaluation
Periodic project meetings (Weekly based), issue Minutes of Meetings to all attendances and action owners
Implement the quality checks and audits for qualified implementation
Ensuring RF and Transmission plans should meet the KPI criteria and customer expectations
Project cost management
Ensure customer input to the project is received in a timely and effective manner for meeting project objectives and schedule.
Develop project budget and get approval. Ensure that project is executed within the approved budget and on time (milestones). Take preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
Subdivide project work into more manageable components. Define & assign tasks and missions, develop schedules.
Monitor risks and evaluate related financial and customer satisfaction impacts.
Acts as the key customer interface to the customer for all project-related issues. Manage customer expectations, maintain customer liaison to ensure a smooth handling of issues as they might arise.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed satisfactorily. Ensure any variation to the project scope is clearly recognized, clarified and approved. Obtain customer input sign-off of completed deliverables and formal customer acceptance of project completion.
Report KPIs and Manage project reviews and lessons learns
Ensure complete utilization of a web-based tool
Profitability improvement, cost analysis, cash flow analysis, inventory management
Job Description
The Project Manager manages key client projects.
Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of a project.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum of 5 years' experience within the industry with 2 of those years in a leadership role
Written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to manage high-stress situations
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
