Handle indoor sales include customer inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, and follow through to closure.
Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry.
Identify opportunities from construction market and potential projects.
Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of a new customer.
Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value.
Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc).
Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively.
Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments.
Monthly reporting to the manager as per set format.
Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer.
Perform additional task as assign by management team.
Bachelor's in construction or related degrees.
1-2 sales experience in the construction industry.
Able to travel with required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Service minded and mature, with a pleasant personality and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to provide immediate responses and make good judgements without supervision.
Ability to give and receive feedback.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in MS office.
