Position: Project Sales Supervisor

(Construction Materials / Decorative Finishes / Interior Solutions)


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project-based sales activities, focusing on building material products for both residential and commercial developments.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through architects, designers, developers, and contractors.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle-from specification to installation.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.

  • Monitor sales pipeline, track project progress, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.

  • Conduct site visits and product presentations to support client needs and build trust.

  • Supervise a small team of sales executives and support their performance development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project or B2B sales, preferably in construction, architecture, or building materials.

  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Thai and English, both spoken and written.

  • Own transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
