Position: Project Sales Supervisor
(Construction Materials / Decorative Finishes / Interior Solutions)
Key Responsibilities
Manage project-based sales activities, focusing on building material products for both residential and commercial developments.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle-from specification to installation.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, design, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
Monitor sales pipeline, track project progress, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.
Conduct site visits and product presentations to support client needs and build trust.
Supervise a small team of sales executives and support their performance development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in project or B2B sales, preferably in construction, architecture, or building materials.
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
Own transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
