Position : Planning and Purchasing Manager

Salary : 70000 - 80000

Location : Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the supply chain team, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the supply chain process.
Train and mentor supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good at English
Good at Chinese will be a plus
