Responsibility:
- Responsible for purchasing Supply and materials for the company
- Determine and enforce through functional group document requirements relating to purchasing and supplier rating system
- Evaluate and develop improved techniques for purchasing, expediting and the supplier evaluation
- Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company purchasing system and supplier evaluation
- Joint with QA, Section for audit all Suppliers improvement and development activities
- Responsible for supplier evaluation and selection document
- Preparing & issue purchasing orders to supplier
- Issue Monthly and KPI report and follow up target
- Compare prices & investigates quality maintaining
- To follow up with suppliers to have confirm delivery date of each purchase order including negotiate to improve delivery performance
Qualification:
- Any qualification with purchasing background
- At least 5 years of experience in purchasing function
- Good command of English with a good knowledge of current computerized purchasing systems
- Ability to work under pressure and dynamic working style
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Have a good problem solving skill
- Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Experienced from manufacturing of automotive and plastic injection will be advantage
