Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing materials and services required by the company.
- Ensure accurate cost control and balance production needs in procurement activities.
- Recruit suppliers as needed and maintain strong relationships, while overseeing ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) compliance of suppliers.
- Develop a local material supply network and manage purchasing operations with international suppliers.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct supplier evaluations and influence ESG performance of suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management.
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Fluency in English and Thai for effective communication (reports to a foreign supervisor).
- Familiarity with PCB production processes and technology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
