• Should be well versed with in modern testing techniques, tools and standards.
• Should have expertise in test data managements tools like CA test data manager, Delphix, Compuware TDM
• Experience in banking domain applications
• Knowledge on data masking, data synchronization, archival, retrieval
• Enhance the integrated planning and communication with all stake holders.
• Conduct TDM tool(s) evaluation, sizing, licensing methodology etc and the feasibility study on the TDM tool to map the business requirements and clients expectations to the tool, understand the limitations, suggest the workaround for an application portfolio on on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Should be able to guide the team on the onboarding of applications on TDM tool and help in preparing the KT plan. Enable the resources to do TDM tool implementation.
• Should have handled multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in working with ASEAN clients.
• Should have expertise in defining, implementing, and reviewing QA process/governance.
• Knowledge of multiple data bases
• Technical leadership in design and architecture of the automation framework
• Will ensure adoption of the framework.
