QA Manager

Job Description:
Set up the objective for QA department of accountability to encourage the quality improvement.
Implement and regularly monitor actual performance against target Correct the problem and find out the solution for improvement.
Ensure the quality objectives achieve the targets.
Plan each QA process of accountability from beginning till end.
Verify the system of implementation and monitoring on daily basis to ensure all processes are in compliance with customer requirement and the company standard.
Supervise QA issues on the basis of day to day QA process to ensure that the procedure is implemented effectively.
Manage resources to ensure that the procedure is implemented effectively.
Reviews quality assurance instructions, assembly specifications, and production schedules to determine method of conducting inspections and tests.
Assist the internal and external auditor in relation to the performance of their functions in each area in the Company.
Set up a training program to all relevant employees for a more proficient way to handle customer complaint as a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Food Sciences, Food Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years in quality assurance function in meat or frozen processing plant.
Problem solving skill.
Coaching skill.
Coordination skill.
Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Computer literacy.
Good presentation skills.
