QA Manager (Healthcare Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead establishment, implementation and improvement of Quality Management System for a new product.
• Establish and develop Quality team, include recruitment, coach, performance management, in order to build a competent team.
• Management representative to fulfill applicable Quality regulation requirements.
• Oversee the routine quality control operation in Thailand facility, ensure the product produced according to pre-defined criteria, compliance with regulations, meet both company and customers' requirements.
• Work with relevant functions to select and develop suppliers. Manage qualified suppliers' performance to fulfill compliance and business needs.
• Communicate with customers on quality related topics, such as routine quality trend sharing, customer complaint handling, deviation reporting, product transfer etc.
• Calibration system management.
• External audit management, including customer audit, health authorities audit and 3rd party audit.
• Manage validation system, including establish general rules on validation, organize the validation implementation, validation status monitoring and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality within company.
• Promote regulatory compliance and Quality First cultures in company by training, activities and day to day management.
• Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or above, the life science or engineering related major are preferred.
• 6+ years' relative work experience on overall quality management in healthcare industry, such as pharmaceutical, medical device company.
• Experience on ISO certification or health authority permission application are preferred.
• Rich experience in quality system set up and quality team management.
• Experience of product transfer is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills.
• High level of integrity, capable of reporting sensitive issues to top management.
• Fluent in English and Thai
