QC Lab Head 90K Pharma, FMCG and Healthcare Rayong

Responsibility:

• Ensure adherence and implementation of calibration and validation plan for all QC instruments in order to have reliable results.
• List the risk and do a risk assessment.
• Plan for daily incoming materials & finished products based on production schedule/dispatches and allocate the plan to the team for daily testing.
• Review the analytical reports and release the same for further usage Analyse OOS and proper closure.
• Closure of deviations and incident report.
• Closure of any noncompliance raised during customer, internal or regulatory audit.
• Availability of required resources i.e., chemicals, instruments.
• Ensure on time sampling, testing and release.
• Manage manpower (Over time).
• Training to all QC laboratory persons including contract manpower.
• To ensure lead time for production & OTDIF.
• Regulatory compliant.
• Control sample and stability life cycle management.
• In case of raw material failure communication with stake holder and ensuring corrective action from vendor to avoid repetitions.
• APQR and Trend data generation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Chemistry or related fields.
• Must have experience from both Lab of Micro and Chemistry.
• Background in Pharma, FMCG and Healthcare.
• To Lead team (Microbiologist, Chemist, Lab Technician)
