Responsibilities:
Contribute to the creation, the implementation, the development and maintain any Management System which company would like to achieve.
Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS).
Promote Quality, Health and Safety achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure Management System is functioning properly.
Ensure all internal system and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the requirement of each Management System and in line with business needs.
Register, handle, verify and provide detailed analysis of Customer Complaint and Non-Conformity. Also ensure the fixing action and corrective actions have been ongoing implemented.
Ensure Customer Complaint and Non-Conformity can be closed in the appropriate timeline.
Set QMS compliance objective(s) and KPI(s); and monitor to ensure that the objective(s) and KPI(s) are achieved.
Report on the achievements of the targets and identify any actions required to Management.
Introduce the new Management System and procedures where appropriate.
Advise on the changes and provide training tools and the techniques to enable colleagues to achieve and uphold the Management System.
Undertake and attend regular internal and external audit programs.
Supervise QMS team members to perform efficiently and achieve the targets and KPI set for them.
Conduct risk assessment of the organization processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree for any related field.
At least 5 years in QMS field and well knowledge/experience to implement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 will be advantage.
Good command of Thai and English both written and spoken.
Interpersonal skills and ever to work with international company is preferred.
Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Have own car with valid license.
